Anthropomorphismus (KI)
Anthropomorphism means attributing human qualities such as feelings, intent or humanlike understanding to an AI system because of how it communicates. This can make a product feel approachable, but it can also lead users to trust the system further than its reliability supports. After a 1966 chatbot, it is often called the ELIZA effect.
