KI-Kompetenz

KI-Kompetenz (englisch „AI literacy“) ist ein Begriff der europäischen KI-Verordnung (AI Act, Art. 3 Nr. 56). Nach Artikel 4 ergreifen Anbieter und Betreiber von KI-Systemen Maßnahmen, um die KI-Kompetenz ihres Personals und weiterer Personen zu fördern, die KI-Systeme in ihrem Auftrag betreiben oder nutzen. Die Pflicht gilt seit dem 2. Februar 2025.

AI literacy is a term from the European AI Regulation (AI Act, Art. 3(56)). Under Article 4, providers and deployers of AI systems take measures to support the AI literacy of their staff and other persons operating or using AI systems on their behalf. The obligation has applied since 2 February 2025.
